The 2009 Doggie Dash was our best ever. Over 5,000 people came to Waterfront Park on a beautiful Saturday and raised over $224,000 for the animals at OHS.

Early Registration Ends Midnight Thursday, May 7
You can register on-site as early as 7:30 am the day of Doggie Dash, but the registration fee increases to $30 (up from $25) and a t-shirt is not guaranteed.
PDX's Biggest Party for Pets and People
Downtown goes to the dogs on May 9th, when we stop traffic on Naito Parkway and turn Waterfront Park into a blocks-long pet-fest. There's a 1.5 mile walk, a 2.5 mile bridge-to-bridge run/walk, plus a pancake breakfast, live music, silly canine contests, doggie fashion shows, kids activities, Frisbee clinics, vendor village, and more.
100% Goes to the Animals
100% of your $25 registration fee (and all sponsorships) goes directly to the Oregon Humane Society. We want to raise $245,000 to help find homes for 10,000 pets in 2009. Plus, every Doggie Dasher gets a special t-shirt, a tasty pancake breakfast and a doggie bag filled with special treats for pets and people.
Lead the Pack & Win Prizes
Top individual and team fundraisers get special prizes and recognition. Once you sign-up, you'll get your own personalized Web page and tools to email friends and family. You can start collecting sponsorships online or form a team to run in the Dash and collect funds. Teams are a great way for coworkers and families to participate.
