Zippy and Zoe want you!

We all know how crazy I am about my dogs. If it were up to me I would adopt all the little dogs in the OHS shelter and start my own version of BEST FRIENDS for little dogs on the beach, and travel with all of them in a Winnebago around the country when I went on tour.
(Accompanied by a doggie masseuse of course)


However, right now supporting all of the people at OHS is a great privilege as they do AMAZING work with rescues and adoptions. Last month they rescued 200 dogs in a rural part of Oregon and are finding homes for all of them!!

For those of you that live in town, please grab your dog and walk with me or just come out and walk yourself and support the Oregon Humane Society on May 9th. The Doggie Dash is a lot of fun and if you don't feel like walking, please send us a virtual woof and a few bonies!

For my out of town friends, your donation is tax deductible all of the animals here appreciate any contribute in my name to the Doggie Dash.

Thousands of people will come to Portland's Waterfront Park for this two-mile run/walk (to learn more about this event, visit the Doggie Dash Web page). The money raised will help OHS meet its goal of finding happy endings for 10,000 animals in 2009. That means 10,000 animals will get a new chance in life with permanent, loving families.
