Doggie Dash was Dazzling!

Thank you, everyone! Saturday's Doggie Dash was a tail-waggin' good time for dogs and their two-legged friends. Over $150,000 was raised for animals at OHS (beating our goal!), thanks to over two thousand individuals and companies who made donations. The weather was nearly perfect (no rain!), as 2,500 Dashers plus almost as many dogs took to the streets. After the Dash, participants enjoyed a pancake breakfast, participated in canine contests and Frisbee clinics, and shopped at over two dozen vendor booths. 

Top team fundraisers and individual fundraisers will soon be notified  and we will make arrangements for you to receive prizes.

Your support helps animals in need.    
100% of registration fees and sponsorships go directly to the Oregon Humane Society. Your tax-deductible registration will help us meet our goal of finding homes for 10,000 pets in 2008.

Be a leader of the Dog Pack!   
Once you sign-up, you'll get your own personalized Web page! You can start collecting sponsorships online from friends and family, or form a Dog Pack team to run in the Dash and collect funds. Top individual and team fundraisers get  special prizes and recognition.

Runners start at 9:15; walkers at 9:30. Festivities continue to 1 pm.
